A lot of options, delightful food. New-fashioned rooms with the view of the glacier, the terrace plus balconies. Excellent and lovely location in the mountains, good for visiting Grindelwald.

Inconsistent heating controls made the room uncomfortably warm!!! Walking to the town center felt longer than anticipated due to the steep uphill return!!! Unavailability of electrical outlets in the room was inconvenient!!!

It's a place for all kind of rest in mountains. Ski-bus stop is near the hotel. Restaurant is the heart of this friendly comfortable family hotel. Here everybody fines something for his taste.
It would be very useful to organize drying place for ski boots. Ours was wet during all our skiing time. Ski room is not such comfortable how it would like.

We loved the friendly, welcoming staff who helped in any way they could. The room was the one we booked and the view of the Eiger was perfect. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Recommend it for families looking for a unique stay
We stayed here for 11 nights, and I couldn't believe the attention to detail by Mrs Vera Brawand-Kung. It was more than just good service. They care about making everyone comfortable and happy!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, the experience made it worth it.
